When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The confirmation will contain all details about the products, prices, billing address, and shipping address.
If anything is incorrect in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately at lenbaits@gmail.com.
Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination.
Estimated delivery times for letterbox parcels (after dispatch):
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
EU countries: 3–10 business days
Non-EU countries: 5–20 business days
Please note:
Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or other delays outside our control.

All prices are stated in Euros (EUR) and include 21% VAT in accordance with Dutch tax regulations.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, or incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate information.
When purchasing goods from our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item.
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. The notification must be sent to lenbaits@gmail.com and clearly state your name, email address, order number, and which items are being returned.
You can email us to receive return shipping instructions.
You must return the products immediately and no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal notice.
You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the product is in good condition during return. Products should be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any depreciation of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its function.
Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed.
Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken.
Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you.
Services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent to waive the right of withdrawal.
Goods that may quickly deteriorate, e.g., food items.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.
We inspect all products before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will remedy the defect free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item, and the complaint should be made immediately after discovering the defect.
Report defects to lenbaits@gmail.com including your name, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot correct the fault or deliver a replacement, we will refund the defective item in accordance with applicable laws. We cover return shipping for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to refuse a claim if the item is not defective according to consumer protection laws.
In the event of disputes, we follow the recommendations of the relevant Dutch consumer dispute authorities.
We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product.
We accept no liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-existent deliveries from suppliers.
We also accept no responsibility for changes in product specifications or features made by suppliers or due to other factors beyond our control.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and for items being sold out.
We do not guarantee that product images reflect the exact appearance of the products, as minor color differences may occur due to display settings, photography quality, or resolution.
